Would you please note that with effect from the 16th April, Purchase Tax on Pannier Bags, sold retail at £2. 0. 0d. per pair plus Tax, will be reduced to 8/8d. per pair.  This, of course, applies only to Pannier Bags supplied separate from the motor cycle.
