Five fingers for 5000 miles.  The bike clicked over 5000 miles at this point in the middle of nowhere.

Dating from 1538 Maes Mawr Hall was built
in a cross shape with a cluster of chimneys
at the centre.  The extension for the current hotel are all invisible from the front view.

We dined in this beautiful oak panelled
room at the front of the hotel.

Maes Mawr Hall hotel.

Perhaps not every riders first choice
for the mountains of Wales,
the 1973 73cc Yamaha YG1performed faultlessly,
if rather slowly, all day.

A group- of riders on monkey bikes joined us
at the coffee stop on the first day.
