It is with great sadness that I have to report the death of our dear friend
Paul March.
Paul was a great supporter of my tours - especially the visits overseas.  He is seen here (standing in the centre of the picture) with his friends Tony Page (left), Bill Mills (right) and Ian Farrington (seated) at Bourscheid in Luxembourg in 2012.  This was, I think, the last time Paul rode with us.  He was already having trouble with his balance and with holding such a heavy machine.  Once on the move he could ride for miles but the Sunbeam kept playing him up with electrical problems that week.
Paul returned to motorcycling late in life and travelled thousands of miles with Bill, visiting events all over the UK and the continent. 
We knew he could not last forever but his passing, nonetheless, comes as a very deep loss to those of us who enjoyed his company and quiet good humour.  
Paul died peacefully in his sleep at the care home on January 14th 2014.
