James Cadet J6 Paint

Paint
The J6 was maroon throughout with a gold line round the raised tank panel.
Wheel rims and saddle springs were silver painted (Argenize aluminium finish).
The saddle frame, speedo and tail-lamp body were black.

Plating
Chrome: Handlebars and levers, exhaust system, rear lamp bezel, headlamp nuts or bolts & rim, horn bezel, ammeter bezel, rear suspension spring inner covers.

Cadmium: Nuts and bolts, toolbox button, top & bottom head-races.
