Frame numbering 1963.  FM25T-xxx.   1964.  GM25T-xxx.
   
Engine Villiers Mk.32A. Capacity 250cc.  66mm x 72mm
Gears Four speed
Frame Single downtube with swinging-arm rear.
Forks Norton
Tyres Front.  2.75" x 21".   Rear.  4.00" x 19"
Wheel rims Front.  WM1.   Rear  WM3.
Carburettor Villiers S25
Tank capacity 2¼ gallons
Petroil mixture 20:1 as originally specified. Can be safely reduced to 24:1 with modern oils.
Gearbox capacity Remove oil level screw on side of gearbox casing and oil filler screw on top of casing.  Fill oil through the filler opening until oil begins to run out through the level plug hole. The correct level of oil is then assured.  Check it regularly.
Sprockets Rear wheel sprocket 60 teeth
Brakes 5" front.   5" rear
