 Transfers (decals) were applied to the :-

 
  Front mudguard embellisher Engine shields **
Headstock   Side panels / toolbox lids
Tank sides *  46-47.   48-49   Chainguard
  Tank top strip Rear mudguard ***
 
 * In 46 & 47 the bike was black with blue tank / silver transfer.  In 48 & 49 maroon with silver  tank / gold transfer.
** 9.5cm from rear edge of engine shield and 12cm from bottom edge.
*** 25mm above number plate bracket.
